Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Non-refundable $25.00 for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to session/exam. 50% of fee will be forfeited if cancelled les than 7 days prior to start of the training session. Registration fees will be forfeited for No Show candidates. Substitutes are acceptable and reschedules will be honored for 3 months.
Final payment is due at time of class/exam date.
$25.00 fee will be assessed for refund checks. $10.00 late fee will be assessed for payments made after date of class/exam unless prior arrangements have been arranged. We reserve the right to cancel class/exam up to 3 days before scheduled date to allow for reschedule or full refund.
